Viewing Power Points.

I reviewed, Salvation, Nature is Art and Change. I choose the exhibit on Change because I liked the theme, and I could see where the artists wanted the viewer to be. I felt I could help to enhance the exhibit with a few ideas and a little more analyzing and describing of artworks. I sometimes have a hard time being critical because of peoples feelings and never wanting to hurt them. I know students work hard and I would never want them to be discouraged. It was difficult not to feel that just my vision was correct. I had to stay open minded and some times when someone creates a work of art I try to realize that it is a place and time for them also. Yes I would like to read what my peers had to say. I say I would want to until I read the critiquing and then I become defensive. Critiquing and criticizing is so touchy. It makes me nervous!!!!! I would rate my article at a nine, for I felt I touched on aspects that could improve the exhibit, not just stating my opinion. I enjoyed this project, but I have to say I am a little bit exhausted.
